I had a wonderful stay at 22Land Residence Hotel, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best boutique hotels I’ve experienced in Hanoi. Each morning began with a visit to the breakfast area, which quickly became one of my favorite parts of the day. Location-wise, 22Land Residence couldn’t be better. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and right near the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city's cultural sites, shopping streets, and bustling markets. One of the biggest perks of staying here was the abundance of delicious restaurants and street food stalls nearby. Whether you're craving traditional Vietnamese dishes or something more modern, you’ll find plenty of amazing spots just steps from the hotel. I recently stayed at 22Land Hotel, located at 71 Hang Bong, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel features a stunning design, blending modern elegance with traditional Vietnamese elements, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was both delicious and diverse. There was a great selection of local and international dishes, catering to all tastes. Location was good. Comfortable bed. My room was in the back building so very quiet.

We made the 22land our base in Hanoi, so happy with it that we returned there between side trips. It's great value for money and a great location right in the centre of the old town in Hanoi, walking distance to most attractions. The room is comfy and the bathroom with bath tub is nice and spacey. We were able to leave our luggage for a few days there when we did day trips to SaPa and BanhGioc, no fee charged for that. Also the staff is super friendly.
